Monday Evenings 6pm till 7.20pm

Enjoy an invigorating evening class to kick off your week.  

60minutes of traditional yoga postures followed by  15mins of meditation. 

This class can be taken online. 

Everyone is welcome.  Bookings are essential.

Tuesday Mornings 8am till 9.30am

A dynamic flow class that will leave you feeling both invigorated and revitalised.  

Suitable for experienced practitioners who are looking to build more strength and vitality.  

The class includes 20mins meditation.

Wednesday Afternoon 4pm till 5.15pm

A gentle class suitable for beginners wishing to build  strength and increase mobility and vitality.. 

Focusing on functional movement and activation of the relaxation response for mental wellbeing.

The class includes 20mins meditation.

Thursday Evenings 7.30pm till 8.50pm

If you are looking for an end of week wind-down class, this is for you. 

An hour of restorative yoga postures to release the tensions of the week, improve posture and well being.   Often referred to as the dessert buffet of yoga, this class is a replenishing class for those who need something gentle.

This class is perfect for beginners.  All levels and abilities are welcome.

To finish, 15mins of meditation to get in touch with your inner calm for the weekend.

This class can be taken online.

Friday Mornings 9.30am till 10.55am

Friday morning yoga is the perfect way to end the week.

If you are looking for a gentle, relaxing class that has some flow and challenges you to build strength, this is for you. 

An hour of Hatha and Flow yoga postures to release the tensions of the week, improve posture and well being.  

This class is perfect for beginners and seniors.  All levels and abilities are welcome.

To finish, 20mins of meditation to get in touch with your inner calm.

Saturday Afternoon Workshops 4pm till 5.30pm

Starting April 25th.

Each fortnight we will feature an online workshop offering you the opportunity to expand your yoga and meditation practice, sharing practical tips to enhance self care.

Your mental, emotional & physical wellbeing is our greatest concern and via these workshops, you will learn how to live and happier and healthier life. See the calendar for upcoming topics.

Sunday Pop-Up Yoga Flow & Reset Yoga, Times vary

Enjoy a special pop-up class in the studio or in the park, to reconnect with your inner calm.

Flow yoga practice, with an emphasis on strength, resilience, balance & flexibility.

I started yoga with Tania because I wanted to gain more strength, especially in my knees which were giving me trouble.

With a husband overseas and two children at school, I needed to do something for myself and I learned how to clear my mind and improve my concentration.

The yoga is always good.

I particularly like the way Tania tunes into what's going on for you and seems to make each class exactly what you need.

My favourite time is the meditation, when I switch off and calm down so much that some days I just don't want to leave.

She has a way of helping me get in touch with my inner Guru and I like that.

If everyone did yoga, the world would be a different place.
