Discover the wisdom of this ancient map of nine different personality styles, each representing a worldview & archetype that resonates with the way people think, feel & act in relation to the world, others & themselves.
It offers insight into core personality traits, delving into the core motivations, defence mechanisms & fears that often lie in the unconscious layers of our personality structure.
This retreat invites you to better understand your self, your colleagues, peers & loved ones, enhancing communication, understanding & connection.
The retreat is non-residential, giving you the opportunity to split your time between home & the retreat space, enjoying the best of both during the Easter break, without the expense of travel & accommodation.
The days will flow as follows:

8am Yoga & Relaxation
9.30am Morning tea
10am till 12.30pm Exploration & discussion: The Enneagram 9 (each day's focus will be published soon)
12.30pm Delicious Vegetarian Lunch
1.30pm Retreat day ends: Afternoon at leisure at your place or elsewhere.
6pm Evening meditation - sent to you via text
