During this one day retreat, I acknowledged that I don't have good boundaries with my family or work. And without those boundaries, its much harder
to look after myself.
I learned what I can actually control and how to communicate for
better relationship dynamics.
Taking time for myself doesn't have to be booking an actual event. At this retreat, I developed a deep understanding of how to be present, embrace my life and take time for myself, even in the face of others.
I loved everything about the day - the yoga, meditation, the food, the discussion, the new understandings.
Most valuable, is the reassurance that
its OK to have boundaries.

Start the day with a dynamic yoga class to release muscle tension and soothe your mind. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Ancient teachings meet neuroscience, in this session, we will explore the purpose of boundaries, why we hold them and what stops us.
We will get clear on your 4 powers of responsibility and how to define your boundaries for 2 simple questions.
Drawing on the wisdom in the group, you can expect sharing, discussion and connection within the women's circle.
Experience yogini (feminine yoga) practices to release tension & create inner peace.
Savour a gourmet vegetarian lunch with fresh seasonal produce and delicious flavours.
Special dietary requirements catered to upon request (at time of booking).
During this afternoon session, you will integrate your experience & insights of the day with restorative yoga practices and Yoga Nidra, a deep body relaxation that clears the mind.
This practice includes an invocation to set clear intentions and allow learning from the day to manifest.
Take a break with a cup of tea and something yummy from the kitchen.

Unless indicated otherwise, all our One Day Retreats are held at our Wellbeing Centre, tucked away in the leafy suburb of Killara on Sydney's North shore.
The day begins at 8am with yoga and concludes at 4pm.
Address & confirmation details are sent out at the time of booking.
The cost is $295 per participant, which includes all meals, classes & workshop sessions.
Bring your own yoga mat, drink bottle, blanket & note book with pen for any notes you may wish to capture. Everything else will be provided.
These classes are tailored to suit the fitness and abilities of everyone in the class. Come with an open mind and be guided through your first yoga experience.
We love friends to come together. Whether its a relative or a friend, we welcome everyone over the age of 16 years.
If you are nursing an injury or condition, please let us know at the time of booking, so we can modify the yoga practice and the meditation to suit you.
If you cant make the date of this retreat, then join our list below and we will keep you updated about when this retreat returns to the schedule. Alternatively you can host your own retreat with a minimum group size of six participants.
All our foods are home cooked, using the freshest and where possible organic ingredients. For the most part our meals are gluten, egg & dairy free. If you have allergies or special dietary requirements, just let us know at the time of booking.
Whilst some of our practices draw on Hindu & Buddhist traditions, our retreats are religious neutral, free from preaching & dogma. All perspectives are encouraged and welcome.
