I'm a Mother, a teacher, a coach and a modern day mystic.
Suffering post natal depression after the birth of my daughters, it was a huge wake up call to change the way I saw myself. I was depleted with little emotional support for the most important role of my life. I turned to yoga, meditation, nutrition and counselling because they helped me to make sense of my life and I was able to develop the inner resources that I needed to shift my mindset and the way I was prioritising myself and others.
12 years later, having acquired certifications in hatha & vinyasa yoga, meditation, health coaching, life coaching & counselling, I've developed a deep appreciation of what it means to be a happy women, who is also a wife and mother. I've found what makes me feel happy & deeply fulfilled. I'm still navigating the path, keeping things real and constantly pushing the edges of the comfort zone, so life is full and rewarding.
My mission is to support the women who learned to put others first and find themselves feeling burnt out and numb. They are often juggling a work, raising a family and complex relationships and feel confused about how to make changes without being selfish or shirking their responsibilities. They are ready to develop new ways of approaching their lives, so everyone benefits.
