About Tania



My name is Tania, I have two daughters and a fur baby, Holly.

I love travel; discovering new places, new foods and new people; exploring nature and yoga.  

I adore cooking with fresh ingredients from the garden or the market and discovering more about the medicinal qualities of fresh, seasonal and native foods.

I'm quite the nerd when it comes to anatomy, psychology & philosophy for how to live a full, happy & healthy life.

I was initially trained in hatha yoga, completing additional study in vinyasa flow, therapeutic yoga and meditation.

Over 12 years of study, acquiring numerous certifications and teaching yoga, meditation, nutrition, health coaching, life coaching, counselling and various other healing modalities have helped me to understand what it means to be a human being and to live a truly full & satisfying life.  

As a Mother, a teacher, a coach and a modern day mystic, I guide clients who are also searching for more meaning & contentment.
